Please note the following for your game at Woking HC:
- The changing rooms and showers are not in use
- Toilet facilities are available with social distancing rules needing to be adhered to. Only 1 person is allowed in the toilet area at one time.
- Please could players come with full water bottles, and if possible, a spare to save them having to enter the clubhouse for water.
- We are operating a “one-way” for access onto and from the pitch
Spectators are welcome but we respectfully request that they remain outside of the pitch area and adhere to the current social distancing guidelines.
P&R HC Rules
• Players, coaches, or umpires please do not to attend training or games if you are experiencing any symptoms whatsoever or have been in contact with someone who has COVID.
• All players to self-declare before training and matches that they are experiencing no symptoms. Check your temperature at home.
• Please bring antibac with you and I suggest using this before, during (halftime and subbing) and after the game – all first aid kits will have antibac gel, wipes, and spray as well as PPE for first aiders.
• All Players, umpires, and coaches must follow social distancing guidelines when not playing / being subbed- including dug-outs/warm-ups/team talks etc.
• Do not congregate in any areas where you could block access to gates/doorways.
• Please no excessive shouting and absolutely NO spitting etc on the pitch and ensure tissues are used for coughing and sneezing in to. No handshaking
• No unnecessary moving of equipment (balls ,cones ect) using hands, if you do handle any equipment please use antibac spray and gel provided.
• When visiting other clubs please be respectful of their rules and procedures – its new for all of us.
• If any player, coach or umpire were to experience symptoms following training or a match and they get tested positive, please inform Vicki / Flying your COVID Officer immediately.
