For season 2019/20, all members (including juniors) MUST be registered on Pitchero before paying their annual subscription. Parents must register their children individually as Club Members in order for us to manage our membership database accurately. Parent can also register themselves as Parents on the system so that they receive notifications.
We will use Pitchero to keep you updated on fixtures, selection for matches, training updates, social events, and club news. It will be your one stop, go to place for all things P&R. You can manage your membership and contact details using a system which is fully protected and GDPR compliant. It will save you time, save the club time, and mean our records are always up to date - you are in control of the information we hold about you!
It is essential that every member of P&R Hockey Club, whether you are a junior member, player, occasional player, social member or Vice-President, completes a Membership Form, which you can start by registering online at www.prhockeyclub.co.uk.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS REGISTERING JUNIOR MEMBERS
You will have to create a membership record for each child that you want to register, but you will only have to do it once and then you just update it each season.
If you and/or your child(ren) are already on Pitchero you will be prompted to update the information each year when subscriptions open for the season.
You can only have 1 email address associated to an account in Pitchero. Parents creating membership records for their child should leave the email address for their child blank unless the child has an email address of their own. The parent’s Pitchero record should have their registered email address. That parent can then mark themselves as parents to their child(ren) on Pitchero and associate them that way.
VERIFYING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
You will need to verify your email address and make sure that Pitchero emails are on your safe list otherwise they may end up in your junk or spam folder. If you opt out of email notifications you will receive club messages online only via Pitchero.
Pitchero is available via the App Store so that you receive notifications to your devices. This will ensure you get information promptly.
You need to complete a membership form online and to confirm acceptance of the Club rules, policies and codes of conduct. For juniors, parents will also be asked to confirm acceptance of our travel, photography and emergency medical treatment policies. If you wish to opt out of any specific policies you should contact your usual club contact to discuss.

Membership fees can be paid in 2 instalments if required. Please contact Carol Scearce (Club Treasurer) via the Contacts page to arrange for this.
Payments can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer. Within the Club Membership online form you will find the bank details to send your payment to.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: New members during the season must pay £10 insurance before training or playing. The subscription must then be paid by the 3rd match for the club.
