Our junior sessions restart on Saturday 6 September, and we'd love to welcome both returning players and new faces from across the Reading community. Whether you're already part of the club or looking to try hockey for the first time, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved.

We're encouraging all our current junior members to bring along a friend, sibling, cousin, or family member to experience hockey with them. The more buddies, the better! Let's make it a fun-filled start to the new season and help even more young people discover a sport they'll love.

Try Hockey for Free

Anyone attending for the first time can enjoy an initial session free of charge, giving them the chance to see what hockey is all about before deciding whether they'd like to join.

Phoenix Reading HC welcomes players of all abilities, from complete beginners through to those with previous hockey experience. Our friendly coaching team provides a supportive environment where young players can develop skills, build confidence, make friends, and most importantly, have fun.

Junior Training Times

Ages 5 to Under 13s
? 9:00am - 10:30am

Under 14s and Under 16s
? 10:30am - 12:00pm

All sessions take place at the University of Reading Sports Park: RG6 6DJ.

As we start another exciting season on 6 September, we'd love to see as many players as possible on the pitch. So grab your stick, bring your energy, and don't forget to bring a buddy with you!
