The Ladies 3's left it to the last game of the season but they are finally safe from relegation!!
After a tough season with lots of players coming in and out of the squad the team gelled together brilliantly on the final day to get a well deserved win.
On Captain Dani Sweeney's last game for the Club, her team performed above expectations and gave Gerrards Cross a really good game. They showed the potential they have shown in patches during the season but put it all together in one game on Saturday.
Gerrards Cross did have their chances but the defenders held firm and the Oranges attackers showed their flair and creativity - in particular Lulu Broadbent was an outstanding contributor and really should have had a hat trick with a little more accuracy in front of goal in the 2nd half. The Edgar sisters, Mollie and Caitlin, both showed great fight and are clearly players with a lot to offer in the Club for next season.
With the other Under 16's Mya Coulter and Fran Flach putting in a tough shift, the future looks bright for the Ladies 3's for next season.
Congrats to everyone in the team and here's to next season.
