With the start of the new season around the corner (sort of), the boys have kindly set up 8-10 weeks worth of fitness sessions. Male and Female players all invited to come along to work off the summer some beers and barbeques!
The format of the sessions will be simple:
• 12-min Cooper run (basically running as far as you can in 12 minutes)
• 45-min simple exercise circuit training
• Casual games to finish (5 aside football, touch rugby, ultimate Frisbee etc)
Start Date: Tuesday 4th July (every Tuesday thereafter)
Time: 19hr to 20hr-ish
Location: Cintra Park, RG2 7AU. Corner of Cintra Ave and Warwick Road.
Just turn up and feel the burn!!!!
