The Club AGM is on Thursday 6th June at 7.30pm and will be held in the meeting room in the Uni of Reading Sportspark (above Starbucks). We need a good number of members to come to be able to run the meeting so please spare 90 minutes or so to help the Club continue to function properly! Once the meeting is done, the Committee will get back on with running the Club for you for the rest of the season :-)

An updated agenda is attached along with proposals for a constitution change and club rule changes. These are amendments to add the Club Welfare Officer to the main Executive Committee in line with England Hockey guidelines, and a tidy up to reflect our current membership subscriptions.

We have received nominations for External Liaison Officer and Ladies Club Captain which will be voted on. Vacancies still exist for Men's Club Captain and Umpire Coordinator! We would be delighted to hear from interested people who might be interested in these roles to help the Club run.
