Ladies Training 22nd August

Ladies training will be returning on Wednesday 22nd August 8:00pm-9:30pm at Reading University Astro!

As always, please aim to be there for 7:45pm so we can get on and get started as quickly as possible!

In preparation for training (and the season) starting again, come join us at fitness on Tuesday 7pm at Cintra Park!
