After the success of last year’s pre-season fitness sessions, we will be running them again. The feedback we got was really positive, both in the enjoyment of the sessions and the impact it had on our early season matches. As always, the more people we get down the better!
JC Mustill will be running sessions and everyone from men's and women's sides of the club are invited to join in some fitness.
The format of the sessions will be simple:
• 12min Cooper run
• 30-40min simple exercise circuit training / sprint training
• Casual games to finish (Ultimate Frisbee etc)
Start Date: Tuesday 19th June (every Tuesday thereafter)
Time: 19hr to 20hr-ish
Location: Cintra Park, Cintra Ave, Reading RG2 7AU .
There is free on street parking nearby.
No need to confirm attendance - just turn up and get ready to get fit!
