After the success of last year’s pre-season fitness sessions, we will be running them again. We are starting earlier this year, but this is a great opportunity to get ready for the new season and be fit for matches starting in September.
Martin (Tina) will be running sessions and everyone from men's and women's sides of the club are invited to join in some fitness.
The format of the sessions will be simple:
• 12min Cooper run
• 30-40min simple exercise circuit training / sprint training
• Casual games to finish (Ultimate Frisbee etc)
Start Date: Thursday 23rd May (every Thursday thereafter)
Time: 19hr to 20hr-ish
Location: Cintra Park, Cintra Ave, Reading RG2 7AU .
There is free on street parking nearby.
No need to confirm attendance - just turn up and get ready to get fit!
